If your preferred room is available for the period between your check-in date and check-out date, we will issue you an invoice for the reservation.

Once we receive full payment of the invoice, we will send you an email to confirm the reservation. 

Yes! A confirmed reservation may be cancelled up to 48 hours before 00:01 of your check-in date with a 100% refund.

As we will be making arrangements for your stay in the 48 hours before your arrival, we regret that we are unable to accept any cancellation within 48 hours before 00:01 of your check-in date.
